If you take the couple of snippets provided in this thread, (which often turn out to be correct)

• "raised $817 k with the ability to take $500k in oversubscriptions"
• "Raise at 3.2c with 1 for 2 oppie unlisted at 7c"

Then it's an extremely small raise, some would argue too small, but it would certainly be very non dilutive and will be met with some enthusiastic buying pressure.
A great move if correct, minimal dilution maximum market exposure into first drills.

Followed by a proper raise if and when results demand the Diamond deep holes
