Issuing options is a mistake, and gives the impression of some desperation creeping in, even if this is not true. Impressions can be everything, just like reputations.
They seem to have painted themselves into a corner with this Renard agreement, and perhaps even with the initial selection of project location, certainly if it required significant road building and unforeseen costs.
I'm not sure what they can do, it's looking more and more like a tricky situation, and very costly, for little payback at the moment. I don't envy them.
I'm just sitting back here and watching the story unfold, out of interest.
