even though there is governance issue, thats not a good excuse for issue freebie oppies. And this board is losing confidence. Also thoughtlessly issue new shares while they take huge PR. Are they really look after SH? I wouldnt think so. Im one enthusiastic holders on winsome. Never complain except excess performance right, but I took it. Now, the fundamental root is getting rotten. Holding winsome is more likely gamble than investing. No one like the situation whatever the reason and transparency problem also arise now. What have they done for SH value for last a year? Keep delaying Renard without proper explain. Winsome is public company and people invest it from their hard work earning. Each dollar involve their blood and their family's effort. Any board member on public company have to have strong responsibility on spending their budget especially small cap companies. Buy 2 new shares get one freebie? Come on....Its obvious action that Chris disrespect for LTH whom support him and cheer him to do right job better perfermance. All those PR were issued with agreement from LTH. Now they betrayed by board member. And Renard deal could be destroyed. Its just total upset CR for current holders and no respectful value caculation for them.
