You are right. Chris has done many positive things and mr market doesnt care about those positive. I totally agree. For oppies, yes again. Its not free. There is exercise cost, but no premium. As we all know, for acquiring oppies, normally we pay premium for getting option shares then exercisable cost. Still advantage for new holders while LTH's holding is crawling on bottom. More downside will come soon. I support(ed) Winsome, not much confident now. Once Renard deal exposed to public, everyone said its game changer and great move by board. I agree. Now, its double edged blade now. Renard can either execute us or not. IMO all SH want to hear progress status about Renard. As I said before, its all or nothing now. Who wants to invest this unpredictable situation ? Everyone knows now they will lose their money if Renard deal has terminated. Board have to move cautiously when they do business, but they have to do quick motion when they have opportunity. I have no idea whats the behind as board never mentioned or explained to us. Communication need.
