That is what I have been alluding to in my previous posts. They are dealing with Bureaucracy on multiple levels - Governmental, Superannuation and liquidators/administrators with the Renard deal. The goalposts would have absolutely moved on multiple occasions and all the BOD can do is pivot with the circumstances whilst staying the course. Winsome is just another hopeful, albeit successful, exploration company without Renard. This transaction - IMHO is paramount to the future of the company and is the catalyst that elevated us to Developer status. It would be very surprising if the BOD didn't feel the same. So any of these pivots, and the resulting costs and investor sentiment would not be taken lightly. As investors with little to no knowledge or understanding of what goes on behind closed doors, all we can do is look at their management team, their previous track record, and either stay the course or jump ship.
The deveolopment process also comes with its pitfalls, as almost all initial stages once again involve significant Governmental inclusion. And once started, it is even more difficult to slow the process (save coin) than a mine going into C&M, as the re-start on some approvals may require tearing up the previous proposals and starting again...from the bottom of the pack - and possibly dealing with new Bureaucrats in previously advanced submissions.
