I keep in mind that they have been very strategic and used their peripheral vision well to-date, so give benefit to them to where this may be intended.
I cant fathom the why for, before Renard. Again, unless is is substantial premium, and short window of CFTF availability ?
Back in Sept i suggest to CE we make a scrip buy out for PWM, would have cost us around 35-40m. And we could have marketed it as a front runner cash cow. But look what has happened since, they have doubled in value, we have remained in limbo.
Maybe they view the time in our limbo must be curtailed, and funds required to supercharge it.
But they must also have some doubts to the market movement post Renard option, otherwise would raise a further premium on the other side ?
And yet it is Renard optioned, that allows all of the strategic interest, to become tangible, actionable.
Now i hope we get a webinar to fire a few q&a to justify the timing of this. Please Explain.
