We need to find out the details of each of the 30 cases, so that it's clear whether R327 solved what couldn't be on std care. We're about to find out if it's a slam dunk or not.
As for IV/sepsis, the AGM questions made it clear that they'll revisit that but the immediate no brainers is the topical and UTI treatment. If all goes well there, then there'd be the impetus to do a sepsis trial. But that'd drag on like this wound trial, so many years yet. Unless, of course, a really bad outbreak of antibiotic resistance in sepsis demands trying anything and R327 basically works well enough.
