Land access could be a possible explanation (as the granting of land access would be significant for the exploration of the project).
"Subject to final technical verification"
Could also mean land access has been granted subject to review of drill plans.
My concern is that could also very easily mean they've done some drone surveys and they're using the trading halt period to verify the results before they release the ANN.
