At least it looks like the transaction has been done as Shockelton will get nothing out of existing shareholders. I think people keep forgetting that post consolidation, the actual price this stock is presently sitting at is one half of one tenth of a cent !! I wonder what pathetic price he is going to issue more shares at !!?? E
