The appointment date on your screenshot shows them all being appointed in December. So it's likely just that APC directors were updated when they acquired the company.
If you pay for a historical extract you'd be able to see who the previous holders and directors are.
I assume that the shares in APC annouced today were issued to previous GMG shareholders.
Hopefully more info is released when they come out of a halt to clarify.
