the sub company that operates cambodia has a different financial year that EMR, which is not allowed. If I'm reading the rest correctly, they have put out multiple statements since then which included saying they were in compliance with the relevant law, so technically all those market statements were incorrect.
It's been like that since 2016, and it sounds like a really glaring oversight, but one that doesn't have an impact on anything material.
At the supreme court on Friday to get it sorted with a hope that trading recommences on Mon.
