Well a placement will have to be part of the asset acquisition. So how much (to raise) to option in (asset cost) and do what (cost of work plan). Will need to raise enough to pay for the option plus at least 1st years work plan plus working capital needs.
Could be as little as $500K or as much $2.5M (25% of Mcap guide).
