In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Triton Minerals Ltd (ASX: TON) requests an immediate trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to a material transaction concerning the divestiture of part interest in an asset. The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 5 March 2025 pending the release of an announcement in relation to proposed amendments to the payment mechanics under the Sales and Purchase Agreement executed on 16 December 2024 between Triton and Yulong.
