Its a shame but RIM is only heading backwards. Just to get where they were a year ago a ~33% gain is required (it is actually lower than the SP of 10 years ago)! SHs have lost a lot of money - especially those that jumped in in the 7-8c range, sucker punched by rampers that forecasted price runs well past 20c.
RIM is in perilous litigation territory against GPR. With a plaintiff that has the funding to take this the whole way, it doesn't appear to be a bluff.
RIMs last quarterly report only had enough funding to survive 6 weeks. Any minuscule CR now will just feed the lawyers/Directors/overheads and further dilute SHs. Let's pull our heads out of the sand - there is no real exploration/drilling afoot as the cash cupboard is bare.
I think that RIMs ability to make future, credible CRs is dead in the water. If GPR get up on their claims RIM may be without the asset and be left holding the debt.
The Arbitration outcome will give us all insights into which path RIM will travel.
Nostradamus forecasts Administrators circling before 2025 concludes, which could make the SP 0c.
