I'll excuse your profanity and lack of intelligible insight. But I feel rather justified in all of my observations. They have predicted a falling SP. Over 6 months we have watched the SP fall from 8c to 2.5c. And my view is there is a lot more downside.

Don't get aroused by a CR with 'firm commitments', that dilutes SHs. If (only if) they all pay up - overheads and legal bills will absorb most of the funds. An unfavorable Arbitration outcome may empty the bank altogether. We cannot be ignorant to this, as to buy shares in RIM right now is fraught with risk.

Reading through your posts you seem to lack any real knowledge or judgment, they reek of an alignment with those being challenged. Sadly, it appears, the likes of @docmin24 and yourself are trying to pump up a set of deflated tyres.
