I hope for their sake this is not true, but I suggest it is looked into - either by HC or by Rimfire representatives. These sort of statements could fall foul of ASX rules (eg Section 1041E, Listing Rule 3.1), but more importantly could breach arbitration rules (around confidentiality, but particularly bad faith conduct). If the latter is true, that would be pretty serious for their case
