GPR was not a party to the court case you speak of.
The Supreme Court made declarations:
- Giovinazzo was never a director of GPR
- Giovinazzo was never a controlling shareholder of GPR
There was no internal dispute within GPR and no court cases where GPR was a party.
GPR has issued proceedings against RIM because of a dispute which is something the RIM board initiated.
You obviously have not read and or understood the judgment. In the fullness of time all will be made known to you.
