    Completely incorrect imo Doing a cap raise while waiting on results is the smartest time to do it - the band aid is ripped off now. Onwards and upwards. I think this will have a positive effect on SP as most likely regal have been keeping this sideways to ensure they didn’t have to pay too much for the buy in IMO.
