I posted some time ago that WDS had a team of lawyers in Namibia meeting with the Government.
It was before they got the Long Stop Date.
Maybe they couldn't get the terms of trade deal settled that they wanted and despite continued negotiations the Namibian Government wouldn't budge.
I'm guessing here but if the statement by Sintana is correct then volumes of our prospect isn't the reason.
