If pcl havent got a replacement sorted by now they will be out of runway shortly. Why farm in now why not wait until january when the license expires and pcl have to pay penalties. no rush in og so this could be the best way forward from the perspective of a supermajor. they have seen the data room, they know its good, just wait 10 months and swoop in. all over for pcl in that case
