It seems that way - wds just unable to muster the gamble - they strung us along long enough! As long as Pancon can secure commitment in say the next 6 weeks, for a drill; under similar conditions - then it should be fine. I'm surprised there has not been a hostile T/O attempt on pancon, little price to pay, for assymetric reward...particularly now. The old boys better really start using their network they've built after decades in the region.
That massive order sitting at 0.01 is no doubt the estate, so give it time. More than ever now, we need Total and Galp to commit to an fid. Wild times...
