Interesting point (2), regarding 'cannot understand why they cannot release this immediatly'. Typically, there's informal 'acceptance' or 'rejection' of a decision; before a formal announcement (especially in partnership environments). The optimist in me just says, wds has give pancon the nod that they are happy to proceed (informal), and said by wednesday they'll be ready to release details (also prevents any wds shareholders from diving into pancon by knowing something that we dont). Obviously, I don't want to think about the negative scenario...lol.
