well given that FND had a market cap of about $50m when Piramal invested at $192m post money. To deliver $45m would have been more than 100% dilution with discount to now have that raise done and for 20% dilution great deal. I can’t wait to see if we have finally been able to institutionalise the raise.
with zero interest on the new deal that saves about $6m plus in annual interest add that to interchange increase that will mean $10m plus NPAT for 2026 and $32m plus NPAT for 2027 reading the ords report…
I just hope to get my full allocation for the SPP.
