I really don't understand how you can even classify what that guy said as "analysis". His entire argument is based on the fact that FND dropped from $8 to whatever it will be as time on this comment. That's not analysis but an observation that quite frankly, a kid can perform.
Thankfully, what you have commented actually contributes to the discussion on a business's underlying fundamentals. ATMs are indeed high CAPEX low profitability businesses and there are a lot of ATMs that are negative if they're in locations that have low utilisation rates. But I think Findi has gotten around that through contracts on brown label and with white label they have passed on the CAPEX costs to the purchaser and offering revenue sharing.
I actually do agree with you and want to read good arguments that are not roses, but so far it really has been the same few arguments with nothing new. 1. Stock price dropped from $8 2. ATMs are high CAPEX low profitable businesses 3. Future will always be purely digital and cashless. This is basically the same argument that all non-renewable energy sources are worthless because the future is renewable. A fundamentally flawed argument as any discussion of "worth" should include a component of "price". And the same argument would apply in Findi's case as well.
