According to this document, the allotment and quotation of new shares will happen on 27 Mar.
And I guess, current holders can sell until 27 Mar (SPP offer start date), without getting disqualified from SPP. At least a few of them are expecting to apply fo the full eligibility (7,500) and get a full allotment!!!
