Alex Passmore, CEO does capital raisings very well.
Alex has already flagged and even quantified a capital raising, discussing debt and equity. Alex said he also wants to engage smaller players @Aljn. The finesse is the timing; April or May was mentioned so this is earlier than expected and one can see why. The SP is up, so take advantage of that, and great assays will be progressively released.
What I like is Alex has got the jump on anyone anticipating the CR and intending to sell to buy back in to the CR. I have got to admit I was thinking about it.
Note also, previously people selling immediately after the record date are less likely pick up new shares in an oversubscribed capital raising.
