Zelda, a SPP will be good for the SP. With strong interest there will be minimal discount and little selling, especially with likelihood of a scale back in an oversubscribed offer. And then NMG will be fully funded with options overhang gone and mining license due and we're ready to Dig Out Gold. All presuming of course, that a SPP does indeed accompany other placements or debt.
