I know how it feels, Zelda. I was broke when NMG had a massive Rights issue at 0.003 (with those 0.006 options). It still hurts, sob.
Up to you to sell, but the risk is if you sell and then don't get the shares you apply for in the SPP you are left with only your 75% stake, and the cash returned to you.
In the scheme of things $15m is minimal, I forget Alex's words, but it was something like he was including the SPP for financial balance.
