GRV's leases are in both NT and Qld. In the NT Uranium mining is permitted. GRV would require a change to the legislation in QLD to enable a mining permit for the Oasis deposit.
If the new LNP Government in QLD decides to allow Uranium mining, I can't see opposition from the Commonwealth Government no matter which political party/parties form Government at the upcoming election. Governments "need Uranium royalties" from Uranium exports to help pay down the national debt and to offset the forecast demise of Coal royalties.
