It's no accident that two former successful drillers are significant shareholders here. The presence on the register of Tim Goyder and his friend Graham Kluck, with their lifetime of experience in WA resource sector, ought to give shareholders confidence. I know it does to me. This capital raising is sound management as the company does not carry much cash on balance sheet and the drilling has to be paid for. The price for this raise will give us shareholders a good gauge as to the geological chance of success, as sophisticated investors get the inside unedited goss! If it's done at close to current price, that will be a positive signal imo.
