Fear the bottom level is yet to be found - discounts are a given to entice uptake. Not sure on how much they're seeking to raise nor the uptake level nor on how long this latest raise will last for. If they raise a lot, dilution will be bigger, if they raise a small amount, dilution may be limited but the need to raise again may soon pop up again - wouldn't want sp to find a lower low yet again. What would be nice is if they could find or do something to excite the market's appetite to facilitate upward sp movement - so far that's lacking thus current lows and with a cr probably going lower.
As for being cheap, I thought that was the case a couple of years back and yet here we are at these subdued levels - guess the bigger question is when can we expect to unlock some value creation instead of value destruction?
