I wouldn't be so sure about us being worth 3 times what we are here as a shell. SHE has $6.5m in the bank and only has a MC of under $4m. The MC will reflect the level of confidence investors have in management being able to grow this company and add value for shareholders. SHE tells me that there is very little confidence in the management which we share with AVW.
As I said above though, I'm glad management are making moves. Any change is better then nothing.
