I appreciate the comments about not overcommitting to additional tenements however DT and team must have a strong opinion on the prospectivity running into that adjoining acreage. It’s too late to acquire once significant discoveries are made and then the tenement owners seek better terms. It’s simply exploration risk. If one is waiting for DRE to go into production perhaps consider an alternative such as putting your money in the bank for a guaranteed return. This is still a speculative stock albeit with exciting potential. Good luck to all.
