The 2nd one being the start of drilling.... and as such I can see the SP.... rising.... we'll see.
The stakes are high for those who sell between now and when drill results come in.
A number of high grade intercepts on those leases will put a rocket under the SP IMO..... again we'll see.
DRE obviously need to make a good start here and add more ozs to the 20,000 already there.
Two sides of the coin.... those who can see the possibilities.... and those frozen with fear.
