They have to keep CR'ing, but its obvious that DRE was trading on overhype for most of its recent history, and the huge SOI puts a major drag on whatever it can rerate too if/when it gets this gold asset going.
Whatever happens, this will be one of those bets that ill be glad to have in the rearview mirror...concentrate on other things...despite the recent scandal ive had more luck things like minres.
ive lost a lot on silly plays like thomson and kalium as well...kalium was ' things are going great, we're solvent ' week after week, then one day, ' we're calling in the administrators ' ... both of them ended up as essentially ponzi schemes.
