They realised they raised too cheap. Someone offered better deal. EU need to be serious from now onwards with their this critical projects. If they raised too cheap with the EU bank, it will be harder to raise more in the future with the lower floor they set themselves with.Eric actually likes to participate in CR because this way the company can use the funds that he provide as opposed to buying on market from other shareholders. That's what I gather from his interviews.All in my opinion.
