Looks like the educated buyers are on top today, good volume & a decent bid at 21c, just to ensure the sellers have something to hit (a clear indication there's not a lot of stock to sell at these levels) broker may have be right (for once) still cheap at 30c was his call. Anyway, I would'nt want to sell & try & buy back later, looks like its on its way higher............
