Beech, as I said previously I don't think gold production funding will be from an issue to the public or insto's, most probable is a gold specific finance provider, I imagine there are a couple of final bidders (terms must be delay) & SAR are now finalizing some strategies to ensure good profits on first phase (approx 120,000oz) so as to meet requirements on funding. MD owns a chunk of this company & I imagine is not looking to dilute stock any further, but rather use finance options available to gold miners (especially considering SAR own a 2.4mtpa Gold Mill that would cost between $100m - $150m to build today)
They are only raising $29m (which incls. $7m contigency) with profits from stage 1/2 = $65m (at AUD$1250oz) & additional $88m from stage 3(at AUD$1250oz)- pretty sure they could lock this in if they wanted to.
At $39m cap incls raising stock at 20c $ 5m approx in the bank $ 7m approxin envirnomental bonds $50m approx value of gold mill as is & >2m oz & plently of prospective ground
Yes, I think it looks good & chowie 25c is not to far away, I picked a few more up at 17c today.
