Hi JID,
Sorry for the late response.
I was refering to Section 9.1 page 33 of the "439A Report Allco Finance Group" circular to creditors.

" The Administrators have identified the following three Excluded Assets that may have significant value:

* the units held by Allco IB Holdings in the AEP Holdings Trust"

If I understand the report correctly they are saying that the Assets that had been repaid to the banks as repayments of secured loans contains these excluded assetts, which therefore may potentially be clawed back into the pool for distribution to unsecured creditors.

JID I can see from your responses that you have done a lot of research relating to AEP. This has not been my focus.
I am concerned with how much if any may be clawed back to pay holders of AFGHA.

Therefore if I have incorectly caused you to be concerned about AEP my apologies. I just wanted to wave a general warning flag.
