My best guess is announcement regarding further funding, but language is very ambiguous.
Could be a deal, or could be something bad too.
Big dump last week could have been someone getting wind of bad news, or our big holder hearing about very good news, and trying to crush the price for a take over.
Someone here will hopefully have more insight than us.
