    The granting of the MPSA, "Mineral Production Sharing Agreement" is awaiting the satisfactory demonstration by CLA/MMCI and MIC of their financial capability.

    We either:
    1. Have reached a deal with MIC (In addition to, or extension of the recent bridging loan) - GOOD
    2. Have reached a deal with a third party - GOOD
    3. Not been able to satisfy this requirement - BAD

    Sit tight, Wednesday isn't that far away.
