By definition, definitive is definitive. They will have a clear path to production otherwise it would just be an off take deal.
if they need funding to build the plant this deal will include everything that is required from both parties.
To be definitive GLN also have to disclose a concrete plan to get to whatever the deal entails. There can’t be speculation on the off take will only happen if xyz happens.
