Really depends if you believe the afr report. if it’s through Petra, it will be at a steep discount, possible with dilutionary options.
If they are issuing shares to the offtake partner, it could be at a premium.
Most likely scenario, they’ve got an offtake partner without significant capital injection. They’ll release this information then go to market to raise some capital.
