i agree that after a massive premium asset takeover offer... and an offtake... you would hope a competent board could raise with a positive narrative and no discount (or premium)... but i am confident the board will price it low and take a disproportionate share themselves to lower their averages and not be diluted. Brokers are the scum of the earth... they will make sure it is easy money raising low.
