REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Galan Lithium Limited (ASX: GLN) requests an immediate
trading halt over its securities pending the release of an announcement to the market.
The trading halt is requested until the commencement of trading on Monday 14 April 2025 or
earlier, pending the release of an announcement regarding a definitive Offtake Agreement and
capital raise.
