    If it's not Chemphys, I will be extremely worried to be honest. Not sure why some people are excited about CATL or anyone else. IMO, it would mean that Chemphys has pulled out and the financing behind it is gone and we are just raising 25+ Millions without a plan to finance the rest of the CAPEX, and dilute us even further in a few months. Basically back to square one after the Glencore debacle last year.

    If it comes with a CR of 25+ Millions and a "offtake agreement with CATL subject to due diligence" or something like that, we are in trouble IMO.
