    I think what happen here was..

    JP and team did hire Petra to do the job but Instos and Soph Investors want a better deal (cheaper SP) so they were the one that leaked to the media to force their hand... so they will be caught off guard and not have more time shopping around...

    JP and Team burned all their long term supporters down all the way and is now just not responding to all those shareholders holding for 2-5 years...
