The longer this 'radio Silence' continues the more I'm thinking this is being offered to just one entity, maybe a JV with someone who has the cash or about to have the cash to fund stage one and two. I think the deal is being hammered out as we speak, might be a great result for all here at GLN.
There are a few suspects who would fit the bill, either way I think it bodes very well for all us shareholders, Good luck to all.
