I do not say they control the share price. I say that nearly every time over the last 7 years or so that we get a raise it is either offering a large discount or offers a discount that retards the share price on good news, and dilutes long term shareholder value.
As for the difficulty of the raise: They have had no issue using vwap or other trailing averages to offer discounted capital raises to institutional investors in the past, especially upon or directly following positive news. I am not expecting a specific price. I am just tired of giving up so much dilution as the option chosen each time is to find the discount to institutions regardless of the news. This time is especially grating as the lower price is due to Trump's inept ability instead of anything to do with BOT, AND we look to have very positive sales figures. When you think this raise is coming off the back of the discounted raise off of FDA approval you can maybe see why some of long term holders are less than please, even with the good sales numbers.
