i would hazard a guess that if the market wasnt being faced with more uncertainty than it has in years, and hadnt just copped an absolute hiding the raise would have been successful at 40c.+
but waiting for quarterly figures, pulling it all together, would have started well before the last 2-3 weeks turmoil.
It is what it is.
